Again, the only time Malaysia is on the international news because PAS Youth decided that Avril Lavigne is inapproriate to perform during the Merdeka month. So, who should perform during the Merdeka month?

Come on!!!

First, Beyonce Knowles, then Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera. Even Avril Lavigne is banned.

I wonder if Avril would sing and we would all flee to Canada.. what rubbish?! Even if we did, it wasn’t Avril’s fault.

Lavigne told MTV News on Thursday that she plans to put on a good performance for her Malaysian fans.

New People

I know I’ve abandoned my blog for 2 weeks or more. I am rather unmotivated to blog or whatsoever. Anyways, I’ve been spending my two weeks well. Very well indeed. Get to know new friends, catch ups and good company with stouts.

• Lunch with Kim and Manisha at The Apartment, KLCC. Kim has left to Detroit for studies. It’s been the best 2 hours of catch up since I’ve left high school 3 years back.
  
• A Sunday lunch gathering with furkids at Kin San Cafe, Taman OUG. Very successful event. About 7 furkids around to mingle and play. We, adults laughed and beer time. Too busy laughing nobody bothered snapping pix. Sorry.
• Attended Nike Sportswear Launch at Pavilion. Gotta know the petite Kim Ong, she looks fabulously leggy in her pix. Nickster was there too.

• Called McD every other day for lunch because kitchen still on renovation and he is busy.

To do over the next few weeks:

• Meet up with Margaret before she leaves to UK
• Visit Isabelle’s two puppehs from SPCA, Simba and Kiara
• Drinks with Jimmy, he’s been back from Brunei for months and I’ve not yet to see him yet
• Call Uncle Richard for another round of Happy Hour =P
• Visit Kitson’s new beagle
• Wondering if I still should go to Mataking. I’m broke!

This is bad. I’ve been stouting the past 2 weeks and it is good.

Oh, BTW, I tore my thigh muscle. Pain! Am on Chinese medicine and my thigh is bandaged looking like some elephant leg. =(

August is running by fast. Semester is starting this Monday. Back to college again. Bleugh..
