I’m Sorry. HIATUS.

I know I’ve been very bad. Very bad indeed.

So many things going on, so lil time I have.

Quick updates:

• Mataking was awesome. I’m so TANNED, I should change my middle name to TAN.
• Mum is in hospital since last Tuesday. Been going back and forth Gleaneagles practically everyday.
• Having time of the month. Crappy. Bloated. Fat. Fat. Fat. Ugly.
• TOPSHOP Student Sales was crazy. I spent ridiculously RM 558 for 3 pairs of bikini, one biker jacket, one denim jacket and 2 pieces of tee back.
• Happy birthday LYNN!!! I love you woman.
• Working last week was great.. I love money. I was QUEEN.
• It’s Week 6 in college. I just finished one mid-term. Another one tomorrow and few assignments due this two weeks.
• I need to fix my hair extension. My hair look like crap.
• I went to the dentist yesterday and did scaling. Nothing too scary but the toothache is killing me. Migraine + period cramps + toothache = FUCKED!
• I need to go on diet. I’m really fat. Nothing I wear flatters me. OK. Don’t kill me. This is menses talk.

Off to Mataking

I’m right now in Heritage Hotel, Tawau. Touched down about 6.40pm, immediately filled our stomach with scrumptious filling seafood dinner and century pork porridge, sashimi, ABC for supper.

Will be off to Mataking tomorrow till Tuesday. Did not bring my laptop(Internet costs RM20 for half an hour) and no mobile reception, so I’ll be away from civilizations for six days. Pictures will be up when I’m back.

Bloggers Wine and Dine Nite in Amuleto

A raining Thursday, an evening I was eagerly looking forward to. This time around in Amuleto, great food + best company = AWESOME Casual Chic Dining Experience!!!! As I was dressing up in Isabelle’s place, Sara, Charissa and Isabelle was pretty worried about the entire free dining experience and kept asking me about the event. FREE food??

The dining at Amuleto was to introduce their new menu, Fine Delicacies. And what other ways to tempt our blog readers with more salivating pictures to turn their taste buds on. Come on.. tell me, you’re drooling on your 17″ monitor screen.

Crystal Jade Meal³, Pavilion

Right after our tasty lunch at Crystal Jade Kitchen, we proceeded to Crystal Jade Meal³-about 5 minutes walk away(need to burn some calories!!!). Crystal Jade Meal³ is East meets West, similar concept with KimGary, WongKok and other HongKong restaurants out there with exceptional experience. Meal³ offers better ambience with great food.

Amazingly, they have one of the biggest screens around which is awesome especially during the football season. Plus their lights change colours. I love colour lights. I’m a kid.

Crystal Jade Kitchen, Pavilion

Two weeks back I was invited to media luncheon at Crystal Jade Kitchen Pavilion by Arcis Communications. We were greated by Stella To, Special Assistant to Managing Director of Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holding at the doorstep. Then, we were brought to the VIP room to join the others for lunch.

Hungry, my stomach growls. Stella shared a brief history about Crystal Jade and their various concepts while waiting the food to arrive. Interestingly, Crystal Jade has up to 16 different concepts overall in Asia Pacific Region. In Malaysia, there are six different Crystal Jade concepts currently located in Kuala Lumpur. Amazing, aren’t they? I would definitely want to try all SIXTEEN concepts from Crystal Jade someday.
