Bloggers Wine and Dine Nite in Amuleto

Vegetable Beef Roll RM10.00
I love beef!!! I’m into beef. With fish roes. That tender slice of beef was exhilarating. Placed the entire roll in your mouth and you could just enjoy the different texture of ingredients inside.

Papaya Salad with Chicken Floss in Thai Style RM11.00
I had very small portion of this particular dish. It was way too spicy for me. Those who love jeruk, order this and enjoy your papaya! Yes, papaya!!! That sweet tasty fruit. Don’t get me started with papaya! I can go all night with the word papaya and start imaginating.. hehe…

Quartet Soup RM12.00
Yeay! My second round trying this soup. Score: 15/10. Awesome shit! And Isabelle, you owe me one jug of beer for losing the bet. BTW, like I mentioned before, it’s for those who wants to try all the soup available in the menu if they can’t decide what to have. As for me, I love love love the minestrone soup(broccoli not asparagus). Others are great as well, pumpkin, mushroom and french onion. I can’t say much bout the french onion because I’ve only tried it once so far and not my liking to be exact. But Isabelle said it was awesome. So, go try it for yourself and tell me which one you like best.

Greens Tempura with Shredded Dried Scallop RM18.00
Stella, the Special Assistand to MD made me guessed the type of vege it was. It tasted like some fried chips. Let me spill the milk, it’s Kamkung. Stella explained how they made it but I’m more like a food taster not very keen to how you get it done. Results only matter to me! Stef who doesn’t eat any sort of green got addicted to it. HAHAHA.. I managed to get others addicted to AMULETO! YES! Mission accomplished!

Cheesy Fries RM8.00
Accordingly, this cheesy fries were in the menu because Charissa and Sara requested for it. So, good for them as they got two plates for a table of ten. Unfortunately, I’m not a cheese person. But everyone seemed very aroused by the Chessy Fries. It looks so tempting that you wouldn’t mind running 30mins on the threadmill, right?

Sizzling Cheesy Glutinous Rice Cake with Seaweed and Katsuobushi RM20.00
Another cheese dish. No comment. It looked really cheesy for my appetite though. Burppppp…

Rosti with Mushroom RM12.00
Heaven needs to add this in their menu in order to lure me there. Rosti is Swiss fried shredded potato! Tell me now, who doesn’t love potato and mushrooms? Killer combination!

Amuleto Fried Seafood Spaghetti with Olive Oil RM15.00
I know it looks a lot like mee goreng from the mamak near your house but that super bouncy spaghetti can jump over the fence. Plus, olive oil, you can’t get fat over it.

Wasabi Steak RM36.00
Beef again. Finally, our main course for the night arrived. I’ve not tried a bit of wasabi my entire life. I could just imagine how it felt like with my girls expression. It was made medium-well, not really my preference. I like to see my beef slightly red. Darryne sliced a small portion of the steak without the wasabi and placed on my plate. I could literally taste paradise on my tongue. I would definitely want to be Amuleto ambassador if they are hiring any. I just can’t stop complimenting them.
Sara, “Let’s Wasabi!”
Charissa, Wasabi EFFECT!

White and Dark Chocolate
Chocolate Fondue, what can I say? A great dessert to end our night. Chocolate has never been my dessert but that night, the fondue was tempting. Right in front of me! Thick chocolate sauce with different elements to go with. Ice-cream has always been my weakness. God, I think you should just bring Amuleto to heaven and have Chocolate Fondue with your angels.

Amuleto Punch RM10.00
This drink entertained us all night long. I know it’s green and all but trust me, it taste pleasant unlike a lot of other green-coloured drinks. Mix of kiwi, apple, fruit segment and lemonade. Who said it was honeydew???? Nobody could actually tell what mix fruit it was. Plus, you don’t get drunk drinking this.
The people that made this night happened.

Stella To, Special Assistant to Managing Director
She’s the BOMB!!! It’s only the second time I’ve seen her and we spoke as though we’ve been friends forever.

Keith To, Vice President
Mr. Keith. Awesome friendly. He introduced himself and shared a few tips about wine drinking. He even brought a wine master over just in case we were interested to get ourselves drunk! Mr. Keith was such a sweetheart, he fondly held the wine bottle and refilled our wine glass constantly. How often do a VP of big corporate company would make silly faces for you to capture?
Then.
This is what happen when you have bloggers in toilet. Our vanity just leashed out!!!
